Well I started my day with by getting stuck into my rigorous training schedule: Three bowls of bran in prune juice, followed by a sprint to the toilet! I use the toilet in the house three doors up, this is for two reasons:
1, because it is further than the one in my house, thus increasing my stamina.
2, because of the after effects of three bowls of bran in prune juice!
Thats enough exercise for one day, lets see what tomorrow brings?
