 March 1st Kidderminster
Upping the pace and weights from Tuesday  and again today is giving the chest muscles something
to groan and moan about but who cares or wants to listen. Just imagine your ribs being opened like
a double gate after neatly cutting & pulling the top side of beef to both sides. Do a bit of plumbing
on the pump from spare parts from your left leg put in back and then wire up the rib cage and neatly
sew the topside back together again.

So what, No pain no Gain is still the watch word and I recon the surgeon might have used some iffy
wire on my sternum cause every time I do the jogging jumps I'm sure I am tending to move to magnet
north. Yes Gerard I am off all the pills bar aspirin, the pain killers were bunging me up. I could do
with Terry Wogans chest transplant....

I have completed the physio at Corbett so I promise no more  gory details since Rasco's alternative
therapy preparation for the body beautiful will focus on food & drink intake and comforts of a
sedentary type. Welcome back Rasco  from the 2 weeks re hab and anything other than keel hauling in
Holyhead Harbour. Hello Rasco are you there? Thought I would get in before you did! Shipmate.

Just read you last post, are you sure you should have stopped ALL the drugs? sometimes the body can become reliant on them, a sudden halt to any drug regime can have long lasting effects on the brain..... be careful.
