 February 22nd Kidderminster
I'm late and the room is full with more newbies. God it was chaos on the exercises the
women were doing their own thing in thier own planet...Bechod  (Shame) still as long
as we go away from here with what we came with its an achievement. 4 Sessions done
16 to go. Ha Ha Ha Ha stayin Alive .....stayin Alive!

The aches and pains remind me of all those years ago sailing at Bala where the first three
weekends of sailing season were very painful, since moving to the Midlands we sailed all the way
through the year without pain and were pretty fit. Well we are back to those olds days again
and this forced regime is at least preparing for what's to come. Must take up winter sailing again.
Maggie do you  fancy a few laps round Bartley in the GP?...........Tel me Rasco how does one
remove a spinnaker pole from the posterior orifice.?.........can it be done on the NHS?
