 February 20th Kidderminster
Bye pass patients have a higher pulse rate than other heart problem patients..so my target is
is higher than others, having reached it already we are back into more pain to gain benefit.
Two faced ba.......ds! what level are you Mr T ? reading from the form. What it say on the
Form ? How do I know? I,m only the patient. This is your third session? Yes I replied. You
should be on the 1.5kg weights. and so it went on . After the session we had a soft chat line
with this long haired , slim, nymphet who nicely informed us that if we did not continue a regime
of exercise after the 10 weeks we would be back to square one within two weeks.....WOW!

80% of our patients going through this physical rehabilitation are fitter than they have been
since their teenage years. Thought I would share these interesting facts for all those Squibbers
whose exercises around the bar think this constitutes exercise. Thats enough for now..byeeeeee

Bloody Hell more johnny foreigners coming to Abersoch for Easter if it goes on at this rate I
shall have a result worse than the nationals. The more the merrier......bring em on!
