By ogo pogo on 2/20/2007 6:48 PM

 February 20th Kidderminster
Bye pass patients have a higher pulse rate than other heart problem patients..so my target is
is higher than others, having reached it already we are back into more pain to gain benefit.
Two faced ba.......ds! what level are you Mr T ? reading from the form. What it say on the
Form ? How do I know? I,m only the patient. This is your third session? Yes I replied. You
should be on the 1.5kg weights. and so it went on . After the session we had a soft chat line
with this long haired , slim, nymphet who nicely informed us that if we did not continue a regime
of exercise after the 10 weeks we would be back to square one within two weeks.....WOW!

By ogo pogo on 2/16/2007 5:10 PM

 February 16th    Corbett Hospital
Well TGIF, visited yet another department within our great NHS, the Orthotist  doo daah? thingy!
who examined my feet it great detail twisting here, lifting my toes there declaring my feet no longer
had any instep. You mean I,m no longer a gazelle?............ more an elephant ......Sir .He then proceeded
to place both feet into a open cell foam material and fixing  the position my feet should be in. These "moulds"
would be sent down the road and returned with perfect inserts for any footwear that I would wear in future.
Gosh!...whatever next. Thank you and goodbye what a very very nice man.

ROCK N ROLL and Thumpety Thump
By ogo pogo on 2/13/2007 3:06 PM

February 13th Kidderminster Action Heart ....Circuit Training
The newby on the block at Action Heart. 20 people present only 3 women says a lot. Have
a monitor strapped on my chest beamed onto a monitor wrist watch. Made to feel very welcome
as the newby by Sally who got us all in rows just like a JJB session, but sadly without the triple
fitting tights and the nubile young bodies that fit into them.

Still we started nice and slowly with marching to music and slowly progressed through all the muscles
that have done nothing over the past 10 weeks. It really became a sweatshop within thirty minutes,
doing 2 minutes per exercise , then onto the next. At one stage for those senior sailors amongst us it

Will Castrol R be any Better?
By ogo pogo on 2/12/2007 6:19 PM

  February 12th
Hello again Corbett... Hi Joe got some photos of Bolivian Road you might
have to drive through. Bloody Hell!.....you were,t joking! Getting back to
my aching leg on with the oil and share the pain her grappling with the scar
tissue breakdown and me slobbering on the bed.

This scar tissue is going to take along time to get much better and its not going
to be as good as your other achilles. 3-4months without any physio is the
primary cause. Still lets persevere and await what the ortho man has to offer
to realign your insole position. Trying to be positive asked would using Castrol
R speed the repair ? its biodegradable you know and served me well on the Manx

February 9th
Well here we are again, all pensioners again with every concievable joint problem. I
feel quite at home at least with the joint issues. Hi Joe........morning put your shorts
on please and  lie on your chest on the bench. A little more assertive today ...

Hows the swelling on your ankle? its gone down abit but swells up again in the evening.
You must rest it up on a chair in the evenings. The wet drips of oil descend on my leg
and the manipulation begins . I bite the pillow and  suddenly she gets chatty about her
impending holiday ..2 months off  to South America. Seeing the Inca Temples and bits of
Chile. Bolivia and Finally the Amozan Ran Forest in Brazil. How ...

By ogo pogo on 2/8/2007 5:41 PM

 February 6th
Recommended by daughter as she knows several members of staff. Hello my names Sally
welcome to our humble home. This "Nice Lady" will be asking you about your medical
history do several checks on pulse and heart beat to then recommend your specific course
of treatment. Well we went through all my previous achilles history . One at Draycote
water leaping out of my GP back in  1982. The more recent one in Hungary last Sept with
immediate surgery and the lead up to clanging bells and sirens delivering me to A&E at yet
another Hospital Russells Hall with Thrombosis Incident.

I felt a yawn coming on and moved it along with I have got up to 4-5kms per day walking
